Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (of a business day) to the shipping address provided at checkout (Except Pre Order items). You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us or drop us a Facebook message as soon as the order has been placed, and we will make the necessary amendments.
As the recipient, you are liable for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.
If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions.
MALAYSIA via POSLAJU
By default, items to be shipped with Poslaju courier due the reliability and efficiency of their service in Malaysia. It will takes about 1-2 working days (West Malaysia - depends on your location area) and 1-3 working days (East Malaysia - depends on your location area) to delivered to your doorstep. Postal tracking number will be provided once item is dispatched for shipments tracking.
Shipments within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia) with totals RM100 and above will be entitled to Free Shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping
For orders below RM100, flat rate shipping will be utilized. No matter how much the weight of the parcel, the price will be standard, kindly refer below :
WEST MALAYSIA - RM8.00
EAST MALAYSIA - RM10.00

Change Of Order
Any change of your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All orders are carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. So once goods sold there’s no refundable except for the faulty items. Refund will be made in the form of payment method or store credits which can be used to make future purchases through our website. Items must be return with its original condition with tag.
Please noted that EARRINGS are not allowed for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your refund or store credit once the item is received. This normally takes 1-2 working days .
Please note that all the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer except faulty items. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.
